Tasting Notes

A riot of flowers—rose and sweet pea hit first, bold and bright, chased by a wave of lavender and a flash of violet. It’s like sticking your face into a summer bouquet, fresh-cut and utterly alive.

Big, unapologetic flavour assults the palate. Rose explodes up front, lush and perfumed, followed by the juicy sweetness of sweet pea. Lavender brings a herbal kick, while violet adds a playful, candy-like twist. Each sip is vibrant, layered, and impossible to ignore—this is garden party gin, dialled up to eleven.
